Holdings Company
The parent company of our diversified portfolio is CJC Business Ventures Holdings Inc. It is a privately held C-Corporation with strong rooting in its home state of Oklahoma but stretches its arms wide across all of North America.
Management Company
CJC BVH Management LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is responsible for oversight of, corporate guidance to, and human resources for our family of companies. The management company also has a primary responsibility of ensuring our values are nurtured and lived across all our businesses.
